The Saskatchewan Genealogical Society ,Yorkton Branch
will be holding our next meeting on September 10/2013 at the Western
development museum at 7.00 P.M. Please enter through the West door.
This meeting will be to set up groups to work with new
members. The theme might be thought of as "Getting back to our roots"
as a group. Most of our meetings have either been spent on financial statements
or guest speakers. This isn't very helpful in keeping new members. so our next
meeting will be focused on helping new members and each other.
Glenn is also checking on visiting a museum in Springside.
The trip if arranged would happen before our meeting and might include a
supper on our way back to the meeting. Anyone interested can let me know. I
will update you as soon as I get more information.
